REMOVE_AD(AD_KEY, MEMO, NOW, DATE) – OK/ERROR
Generally an ad is removed by a screen operator. The ad will bounce to a different screen operator to be shown. If 51% of the screen operators in the nominated area for this ad rejects it, the ad will be automatically removed.
